➤ No-Party Policy: The house has a strict no-party policy. Adherence to this policy is a requirement for all guests to maintain a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone.

➤Please note: The building management retains a copy of the unit key and may access the unit in case of emergencies or to carry out essential maintenance.
