Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
Celeste Stays ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Property owner inquiries: name, email, phone, property address, and any details you provide about your home.
- Guest information: handled by our reservation system, Hospitable, under their privacy policy. We receive name, contact info, and stay details for the bookings you make.
- Site analytics: anonymous, aggregated information about how visitors use celestestays.com. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to inquiries, manage reservations, communicate about your stay or property, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Where it's stored
Inquiry submissions are stored with our form provider and our email system. Reservation data is stored with Hospitable. Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including but not limited to California, Canada, and the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@celestestays.com.
Cross-border note
Celeste Stays is operated from the United States. If you are contacting us from Canada or another country, your information may be transferred to and stored in the U.S. We treat all data with the same level of care regardless of origin.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
