Celeste Stays is a boutique short-term rental company built on a simple idea: a small portfolio, given uncommon care, will always outperform a large one given average attention!

Our origin

Hospitality is hosting, not vending.

We started Celeste Stays because we kept noticing the same thing in the short-term rental world: properties were being managed like inventory, not hosted like homes. Cold check-ins. Generic linens. Listings that read like spreadsheets.

Our belief is that travelers — especially the ones who pay for a thoughtful stay — can feel the difference between a unit that's been turned over and a home that's been prepared. So we set out to build a company where every detail signals care: the texture of the towels, the arrangement of the kitchen, the warmth of the welcome message at 9 PM on a Tuesday.

What makes us different

Most management companies are good at one thing: hospitality, or operations, or marketing. We come from a technology background — years spent building systems, analyzing data, and improving how things actually run — and we've turned that lens on every part of how a luxury rental is hosted.

Data-led pricing.

We monitor demand, comps, and seasonality in real time — not gut feel. Owners see higher RevPAR without their home becoming a discount commodity.

Hotel-grade standards.

Linen counts, restocking checklists, and a quality bar set by hotels — codified in standard operating procedures, not held in someone's head.

Personal accountability.

A small portfolio means owners always know who's looking after their property. No anonymous call-center, no escalation maze.

Why it works

We measure ourselves on three numbers, in this order: guest-review average, owner repeat-rate, and revenue per available night. Get the first two right and the third one takes care of itself.
