There is a Coffee/Bristol Bar located just below the unit that features live jazz music every other Thursday evening throughout the summer. The music typically ends by 10:00 PM. It's a great opportunity to enjoy some relaxing tunes during your stay !

The property consists of two units with a shared entrance stairway.

However, the entire apartment is exclusively yours, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Guests have access to anything and everything inside the apartment unit.

I am available to answer any questions you have before, during, and after your stay through messaging, though I am not available on-site .

You’ll be just minutes away from popular attractions like PPG Paints Arena, Duquesne University, and the historic South Side. The area offers a blend of urban energy and neighbourhood charm, making it a perfect spot for exploring Pittsburgh’s rich history and modern vibe.

You’re just a short walk from public transit options, including bus lines that connect to Downtown, Oakland, and other key areas. For those driving, major highways like I-376 and I-279 are easily accessible, making it simple to explore beyond the city center. Popular attractions like the Strip District, PPG Paints Arena, and the South Side are just a few minutes’ drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available, ensuring you can get around the city with ease.

➤ All guest must provide ID. ➤ Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables after the initial supply is depleted. ➤ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. ➤ Please acquaint yourselves with the house rules for further details. ➤ Security Camera: We have one doorbell camera facing the entrance. This camera is on and recording video and audio of all events and motions 24/7 for the security of the property and our guests. ➤Noise Monitoring Device: A noise monitoring device is present inside the unit. This device does not record any audio or video but monitors the decibel level to ensure a peaceful environment. ➤ No-Party Policy: The house has a strict no-party policy. Adherence to this policy is a requirement for all guests to maintain a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone. ➤ No outside shoes are to be worn inside the home or on the carpet. ➤ Guest are expected to use their own Netflix account. In case of any purchase of Spectrum of channels or and on's - you will be billed the amount.

➤ Any violations of the rules would cause fines of up to 500$ per night.
