Covered parking is on the ground level. One reserved parking space for overnight guests, with additional daytime-only "guest visitors” spaces as well .

- Guest parking is outside the garage by the barbeque area

- Villa Office, Fitness center and Indoor pool are on left side of 2100

- Follow all posted guidelines on the property to avoid heavy penalties. -Quiet time is 11pm

-You will see deer around the property on the road side in the evenings. If you prefer, you can buy "Deer Corn" from the store located inside the fitness center .

I am available to answer any questions you have before, during and after your stay via messaging. But are not available on-site. I expect my guests to be respectful of my unit & to follow the house rules.

A car is recommended, as Lago Vista is a quiet, spread-out Hill Country community with limited public transportation. Having your own vehicle makes it easy to explore the area, access Lake Travis, and get to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and golf courses.

The neighborhood is easy to navigate, with light traffic and scenic drives throughout. Austin and its attractions—including dining, live music, and shopping—are an easy drive away, making this a great base for both relaxation and day trips.

Ride-share services may be available but can be limited and less reliable than in the city.
