➤ No-Party Policy: The house has a strict no-party policy. Adherence to this policy is a requirement for all guests to maintain a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone.

➤Please note: The building management retains a copy of the unit key and may access the unit in case of emergencies or to carry out essential maintenance. While most maintenance visits are scheduled in advance, occasional unscheduled visits may occur if prior appointments are missed or urgent repairs are needed.
