This device does not record any audio or video but monitors the decibel level to ensure a peaceful environment. ➤Please note: The building management retains a copy of the unit key and may access the unit in case of emergencies or to carry out essential maintenance. While most maintenance visits are scheduled in advance, occasional unscheduled visits may occur if prior appointments are missed or urgent repairs are needed.
