➤Noise Monitoring Device: A noise monitoring device is present inside the unit. This device does not record any audio or video but monitors the decibel level to ensure a peaceful environment.

➤ No-Party Policy: The House has a strict no-party policy. Adherence to this policy is a requirement for all guests to maintain a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone.

➤The building management retains a copy of the unit key and may access the unit in case of emergencies or to carry out essential maintenance. While most maintenance visits are scheduled in advance, occasional unscheduled visits may occur if prior appointments are missed or urgent repairs are needed.
